TravTrak is designed exclusively as a credential and compliance management tool for healthcare travel professionals. Acceptable uses include:

  • Tracking your own professional certifications, licenses, and credentials
  • Managing your personal contract and agency history
  • Storing and organizing your own professional documents
  • Setting reminders for credential renewals and expirations
  • Accessing state reciprocity information for professional reference
  • Communicating with our support team regarding your account

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TravTrak:

Illegal Activity

  • Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Storing, transmitting, or distributing content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation of your professional credentials
  • Creating accounts on behalf of another person without their express written consent

False or Misleading Information

  • Uploading falsified, forged, or fraudulent certifications, licenses, or documents
  • Entering false expiration dates or credential details with intent to deceive
  • Misrepresenting your professional qualifications or employment history
  • Impersonating another healthcare professional, individual, or organization

Unauthorized Access & Security Abuse

  • Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of our systems without authorization
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data
  • Bypassing or circumventing any authentication, access control, or security measure
  • Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code into the Service
  • Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

Abuse of the Platform

  • Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Service without written permission
  • Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent free-tier limitations
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the Service without authorization
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of TravTrak
  • Placing excessive or unreasonable load on our infrastructure

Harmful or Offensive Content

  • Uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
  • Uploading content that contains sexually explicit material or graphic violence
  • Using TravTrak to harass, intimidate, or harm other users or our support staff

3. Document Upload Standards

When uploading documents to TravTrak, you agree that:

  • All uploaded files are documents you are legally permitted to store and share
  • You will not upload documents containing malicious code or macros
  • You will not upload documents that belong to or contain private information of other individuals without their consent
  • Files are limited to professional credential-related documents (certificates, licenses, ID documents related to employment)
  • Maximum file size limits per upload apply as specified in the Service

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
  • Use a strong, unique password or login method for your account
  • Log out of shared or public devices after each session
  • Notify us immediately at support@travtrak.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any use of TravTrak that violates this policy — including suspected account compromises, fraudulent credential entries, or abuse of the platform — please report it to us immediately:

6. Consequences of Violations

We reserve the right to take action against any account that violates this AUP, up to and including:

  • Issuing a formal warning
  • Temporarily suspending access to the Service
  • Permanently terminating the account without refund
  • Removing or deleting content that violates this policy
  • Reporting illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action unless the violation is severe, ongoing, or poses an immediate risk to the Service or other users.

7. No Warranty for User Data Accuracy

Important: TravTrak is a tracking and organizational tool only. We do not verify the authenticity, validity, or accuracy of any certifications, licenses, or documents you enter or upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your credentials are genuine, current, and compliant with all applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of TravTrak after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
